Our design philosophy is to transform a space into a functional, yet creatively designed interior, while meeting the client’s budget.

KI/DC was established in 1980 in the Greater Atlanta Area with an interior design emphasis on corporate offices and tenant work.

Over the past 15 years, we have partnered with a number of clubhouses and resort communities in Georgia and surrounding areas. Along with the clubhouse facilities, we have also provided design services for other projects such as sales centers, golf course grills and shelters, pool facilities, rental cottages, spa facilities, and a general store.

We partner with skilled craftsmen, and have designed and built custom furniture and millwork to reflect the purpose and goals of the new interior. When appropriate, we search out furniture, art and accessories to integrate the history and culture of the area.
